Last 11lbs for me to reach my goal weight in August


Hello Coach,

I started this journey on Jun 1, 2020 ( 153lbs).
On Aug 1 I have 11 lbs left to reach my goal weight of 120lbs. I’m 51 and 5’4.

I think I’ve watched every Weight video in the study vault. Brooke is the second person to speak about 24 fasting for health reasons. I decided to try it on Wed, 8/12. Shockingly I didn’t start to feel hungry until 1-2 hours before my planned eating time of 12 noon. It wasn’t as difficult for me as I thought.
So, I did the 24 hour fast again with good results. I’ve decided to do this eating once a day through Sunday then go back to my original protocol of eating at 12 noon and 5 pm.
Is this not healthy? I feel Good . I have good energy.
