Last 5 lbs Dare: Game changer


A quick update here. This is my 3rd day of the dare (it will go to the end of June). I have taken out sugar and flour per Brooke’s protocol. Only eating when hungry, and stopping when full (hard, but not impossible).

Game changer with these small changes. I have lost 2 lbs. 3 to go, and I know all I need to do is be consistent!

No sugar. No flour. Listen to/ follow your hunger scale. Mic drop. 🙂
