Protocol:
-No Flour, No Sugar. No Alcohol.
-Only eat when hungry
-Only Eat until satisfied
-Allow those urges
-Be comfortable with the discomfort
You asked how many times a day I will eat… I think I will find out how many times I feel that hunger!
