As we look to September on the topic of getting things done, I can’t help but look at the times I feel lazy. It feels insurmountable at the time – and suddenly everything I had planned for the evening or day don’t get done as I chose to not do them. I understand my brain wants comfort and at the thought of expending energy on the plan gives a small seed of “its ok, you’re tired just go watch an episode of something first”. What are some thoughts to think that have proved helpful to stick to the plan and create motivation/limit laziness?
