Learning How to Chill


I have been crushing my goals the last few weeks and taking massive action. I was feeling great mentally, but then I got the flu.

It’s lingered and I had to stop and take two days off from work and my side projects. I find myself beating myself up. I need to learn how to chill out.

C: I have the flu
T: I don’t want to screw up all of this year’s potential in only January
F: anxiety and exhaustion
A: keep trying to push past the flu and get my to do list done
R: flu lingers

Do you schedule in down time? I find even when I’m trying to rest I cannot turn my brain off. How do you turn your brain off?
