I was watching an archived VIP call and Brooke talked about owning the bits of truth that come in other people’s criticisms of you versus getting defensive. This sounds like a really useful tool. Can you explain a little more about what that looks like? I can see myself chasing that little bit of truth down a self-critical rabbit hole. I know that isn’t how she intends it to be, but I can’t quite conceptualize what a healthy version would look like. Thanks for your help!
