I’ve been unhappy in a loveless and sexless marriage for the past 30 years. I’m feeling ready to soon leave the marriage. I’m struggling with some fears including the worry that my husband will make me feel like a bad person for leaving him. He is also unemployed and helps me with my business.

Could you help me to avoid falling into the trap of believing I am bad for leaving him and knowing it will cause him suffering?
