Regarding “How To Get It Done.”
My goal is to complete 8 leg workouts by Feb. 8th. I will commit to working out 2x per week.
Question for the daily work. Do I need to complete the daily work Mon-Fri or just complete the days that I will be working out? (Tue & Sun)
Also, how can I best utilize the obstacles I’ve turned into strategies? Do I keep adding to the list as I do my workouts? The goal is to learn how to complete my workouts and master the things that pop up while doing it, correct?
