I used to drink a cup of hot water with lemon first thing in the morning.
I started intermittent fasting two weeks ago.
I only drink coffee and then eat my first meal at 2pm and my second at 6.00-7.00pm. I feel ok, it is working, but I would like to keep drinking water and lemon instead of black coffee first thing in the morning. Is this an
interruption of my fasting protocol?
