How do you let go of a thought? I did some downloads when I was having some unpleasant feelings. I saw some thoughts that I recognize don’t serve me, such as “I don’t know if I’ll ever figure it out” “I don’t know how to open up my world” “I don’t know what I’m interested in enough” “I’m not disciplined enough” and on and on.
I can recognize that thinking these thoughts doesn’t serve me, but I also feel like I’m still hanging on. How can I let go?
