Hello, I have a question on detaching from thoughts. I am doing work on body image, as I daily find myself in dejection for how my body looks and works. I have an impossible goal for this year to love my body unconditionally. Of course I cannot prevent my brain from thinking negative shameful thoughts as it has been used to do this, but I can be active in letting them go. What kind of practice and self talk approaches do you recommend when we find ourselves in these situations with thoughts crossing my brain and I want to let them flow? Suggestions on resources of SCS also appreciated. Thanks!
