Life at sea- overdesire of food.

I’m a new Scholar as of July and I’m working on Stop OverEating. I have a unique situation that I live and work aboard a super yacht and all my food is prepared by a 5star restaurant quality chef. The food he makes is so phenomenal and I try so hard to make it as plan and boring as possible and stick to my protocol but my question is how can I stop my over desire for food if I’m not in control of the food…we work really long hours and sometimes the only breaks we get are 30 min meal breaks it’s so hard to not look forward to it… if you have any advice on how I can stop my over desire of food in this unique situation let me know!
