I’m curious if there are life coaches out there who have a niche of working with teen girls – and if so how I can find one.
My 16 year old is having social and self esteem issues and she told me yesterday she might want to see a therapist but I’m wondering if a life coach would be a better idea for her.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
