Life without candy??

Hi Brooke, how can I possibly live a life without candy and not desire it? I would love to get to a point that I am not white-knuckling it with sugary foods. My mind easily accepts that flour is a no-go for me, and I have simply eliminated it from my life with ease (for almost a year and a half now). Sugar, on the other hand, is not as easy. Why?? My brain accepts the idea that flour makes me feel bloaty and terrible, but I cannot fathom a life without Milk Duds, Mike-and-Ikes, Licorice Nibs, Chocolate Kisses etc. I feel like a Rock Star when I have gotten past a 48 hour elimination of sugar, like I can do anything. But if anything goes wrong I am scouring my office drawers, scamming candy jars of my co-employees (even sneaking it at times) and only focused on getting a sugar hit. I want to adopt a mindset with sugar like the one I have with flour: its not for me, I don’t want it, and I am fine with that decision.
