Lift Weights / Heavy Cream

Hi Brooke – I was just curious to see if you lift weights at all? I know you go on a walk/ hike daily but wanted to see if you incorporate weights in your weekly routine.

Also – in your opinion – in terms of adding heavy cream to my coffee, at what point do I break my fast in the morning? I typically have several cups of mostly decaf coffee (1 grande Starbucks and 5 cups at home) and enjoy ~5-6 tablespoons of heavy cream, then I don’t eat until lunch. Is that too much? How many calories should I consume for it to still be considered a fast?
