On my 1:1 today the coach asked me why move in with my bf. I said because I want a loving, committed relationship. She said the only reason we ever want anything is because of how we think we’ll feel. I said I would feel worthy and confident. I feel shame when I think that. My brain gives me shame, guilt, anxiety, regret regarding just about everything. Knowing this, what is a “good reason?”
Also, we can choose commitment, right?
