Hi, my experience through self-coaching that it doesn’t allow me to new perspective often. I stayed stuck but aware with my unintentional model. As Brooke said, “When we start looking at our life from a perspective that we haven’t been able to see before, that’s when we ignite change.” Is my ability to switch perspective all by myself the limit of self-coaching? I mean that from getting an outside perspective (a coach), we open doors rather than staying stuck in our limited thought options?
