Hello! It’s very useful to listen back to the recordings where you got coach, right? Could you please remind me what are the benefits of doing that?
My problem with listening back is that I feel very uncomfortable. I feel so much shame and embarrassment. I don’t like the way I talk, I don’t like that my conversation isn’t clear, I’m all over the place. Listening back to the recordings I’m not sure how the coach was able to understand at all what was the issue.
How do I get over the uncomfortable feeling and shame to get the most out of this action?
And what do I need to pay attention to when listening back to the session?
