Listening to resistance


Hi there, a quesiton about resistance. Some advice we receive here in LCS is that when resistance arises knowing that it is meant to be here because it is meant to protect us. Then how do I discern whether to listen to resistances or let them in the backseat? I have a fear that if I do not listen to some of them I will end up hurting me. Practical example: if I do not listen to my resistance to exercise I might end up get hurt during trainings. I’d love to hear your perspective, thanks
