Living in the Middle of a Desired Model vs Bridge Thoughts

I have been doing a great deal of studying about Brooke’s work. Listening to many podcasts over and over trying to absorb as much as possible. My question is this…Is Brooke teaching now that it is better to go full on and practice thinking, feeling and acting as a person who has my desired result or to use bridge thoughts until I have the desired thoughts? There is a big difference between “Im working on ….as opposed to I am…….” Or is living within the middle of a desired model only what you do after you’ve done the work on your thoughts?

She talks about writing a script and memorizing it and living the part of the person who has what you want, (Method acting) and that idea leaves no space for bridge thoughts. Are the bridge thoughts older work and the aligned model work her new thinking?
Thank you for your insight.
