I am just starting the stop overeating program. I have watched all of the videos and read your book. So awesome! I keep hearing references on the coaching and Q & A calls about worksheets like the tedious one and food journals etc but I am having a hard time locating these. I understand that they are in the 100 page workbook, but that is so difficult to browse through to locate these. Is there a place where you can simply find worksheets that you need without locating them in workbooks?
