Long Fasting

Long before I found Brooke I did my own experimenting to find what my body responded best to in terms of food as fuel sources. After joining scholars I learned about fat adaption and believe that I am definitely fat adapted.

Here’s my question: I fast each day, because I always have. However, food is neutral to me. I sometimes find that when my three hour window of designated eating time opens that I’m not hungry.

On a completely fat adapted body would a 48 hour fast be healthy if highly efficient vitamins are taken?
