A.D.D. = Anger, Deprivation, Disappointment –

I think the feelings I am trying to feel and not resist when I don’t or EAT, SHOP, CRUISE THE WEB, NETFLIX, HOT TAMALES, GOOD & PLENTY, DIET COKE, ETC ETC ETC, are… ANGER DEPRIVATION, DISAPPOINTMENT (TODDLER MENTALITY)- ANGER at not getting what I want – WHEN I WANT IT- IMMEDIATE GRATIFICATION-

I’m finding it extremely difficult to tolerate! and sometimes understand. I try to let those feelings in –
However I become afraid. “I don’t want to feel Angry .” My thought is always – “just EAT IT, BUY IT, WINDOW SHOP IT, WATCH IT, INHALE IT, WRITE IT DOWN AS A, JOY EAT, you’ll feel better, you can always START TOMORROW!
(HELL TO THE NO! —— GROW UP ALREADY!)

I’m Applying the Stop Over-Drinking principles to food. ( LOVE IT, LOVE IT LOVE IT. ) -LOST 10 LBS IN 12 DAYS.
Haven’t had sugar/flour/. Have stayed on Protocol…… but my feelings have been all over the map.
I Substitute the word Over-Drinking to Over-Eating.
I STUDY ALL THE MATERIAL AT LEAST 4 HOURS DAILY.

My question- How long does it take the AVERAGE PERSON to process, this data, to really take hold.
To really be able to invite the scariest vibrations/feelings in, sit there and not resist; then say next.
