Hi Brooke
I have many goals I will be working on this year. However for starters I am thinking I’d like to change a core belief about myself in relation to others. I have been looking at some of my core beliefs and I have already been working with versions of “I love and respect myself”. I am thinking the next most powerful to change right now could be about my beliefs toward others. I am thinking something like “I love and respect others and others love and respect me”. My conditioned thoughts were negative due to childhood conditioning. I am not looking for approval, just a core sense of safety with others. Could you help me tweak this or comment on it if you think its not the right direction.
