I’m working on my food protocol.
I am currently doing strength training. My goal is to build muscle. This is part of my Impossible Goal that I chose for my “Quarter 2”. (I was inspired by Brooke’s Q2 podcast.) I am now 8 weeks in, so I’ll be proud to say that I committed to this for 12 weeks on June 30th.
So now, I’d like to incorporate Brooke’s teachings from Lose 8 Lbs in June. Only thing… some of my protein supplements have monkfruit sweetener. Does that or Stevia count as Sugar?
