Weighing myself early in the morning on the fourth day of the program, I noticed that I had lost 4.8 pounds in three days, that is considering that I started the program weighing 108 pounds. I am wondering whether I am doing it right. I feel like I may have cut my calories too drastically because I am feeling physical hunger between the meals at about 8 on a hunger scale (I skip breakfast and have three smaller meals a day).
Please advise.
