I have a question about working out and intermittent fasting and working out. I am new to this, but I am already noticing that my clothes are fitting looser 🙏 . But, the scale has not budged. My question is, is the scale slower to move for some than others? Should I wait for two weeks to see if I need to change my protocol? Thank you!
