Losing Weight But Not Body Fat

Hi Brooke: On March 24th, I weighed 141 pounds. Today, on April 27th, I weigh 132 pounds. It’s all from cutting out sugar and flour, and eating within a 6-8 hour window. I’m thrilled with my weight loss and I feel better than ever. I’m on my way to my goal weight of 115 (I’m 5’1″ for reference). However, my scale also measures body fat, and even though I’m losing pounds, the body fat percentage has not budged from 35% (higher than I’d like). Should I be concerned? Should I be doing something differently? Is it time to increase my physical activity? Thanks!
