I have been trying to lose weight for a really long time. I gained 80lbs from 135lbs – 210lbs since 2015 and in the last two years I’ve lost 20lbs on and off. Since October last year, I started seeing a nutritionist and lost 8lbs and ended the program at 187lbs. About three weeks ago I had an allergic reaction to food and needed to take steroids. I gained 5lbs back. I start workout programs and I don’t finish, despite it helping me lose weight and feel better. I just got some good running shoes because I made myself believe I needed new shoes to run and I have yet to go for a run.
How do I stop over eating and stick to a workout?
