I have started following a protocol, cut out sugar & flour, and have been intermittent fasting. In 4 days I have lost 10 pounds. I know 2 pounds per week is the recommendation.
I feel great mentally and physically and have started to take a multivitamin. I just want to know if I need to change anything (even though I don’t want to) because the weight is coming off so quickly.
I know that maybe I have lost some water weight and want to know if it’s safe for me to continue this plan for a few more weeks and see if the rate slows down a little. Thank you.
