Even before I got my first client I knew I was a good coach, 6 months later I’ve lost my confidence.

T – I’m not a good coach
F – sadness
A – mope around, focus on listening to coaching tips and trying to improved meaning I’m not present with my family, avoid promoting myself, second guess myself on coaching calls.
I’m struggling to work out how to get to the intentional model. I don’t know how to move closer to believing I’m a great coach because it isn’t based on external evidence, just my own thoughts.

A – promote myself, confident in coaching calls, happy in my downtime with my family
