I lost the last 15 pounds due to stress and issues in my marriage. I stopped drinking so that is part of the weight loss but also I had no appetite. Now that things are better I am hoping to keep the pounds off but have gained 4 back. Would you suggest doing the lose 8 pounds in August or is there other work I should do? I would like to stay and maintain the weight I went down to during the stress time but am eating normally now and gaining. I have always had a good eating plan in the last 5 years but never lost this much in such a short time. 2 months lost 15. How do I approach this? Thanks so much.
