Lots of Anger with no buffering


I am working on not buffering with food and find that I have so much anger and almost rage coming out. Probably years worth, to be honest.

I’m not buffering but am finding that I suddenly feel anger – it just happens and I lash out at the smallest of things. I am feeling a lot of shame in this behavior.

How do I catch this anger ahead of time so I am showing up how I want?
