I’m noticing so much of my life is made up of buffering. From eating sugary foods, drinking alcohol, procrastinating while working, shopping, phone and social media, etc. I feel scattered when I think about changing all of them. I think what would make the biggest difference to my life is in managing my time and my Negative feelings about my work and thus procrastination and planning my work. I know you all say to choose one area. But I still am a little worried that I’ll continue buffering in those other ways while i focus on time management. I feel a lot of anxiety and dread when it comes to my work and really want to work through this since it’s having the biggest impact on my life.
