I’ve had a procrastinating weekend because the sun was beautiful and I’ve been living alone in quarantine and finally had a chance to hang out with people all weekend. In so doing, things I’ve meant to do got pushed off. I got invited to a birthday party I chose to go to last night, but woke up today feeling stressed about all the things I wanted to have already gotten done. Now I am trying to squeeze them into today.
I’ve already figured out that my “so what” answer to my original thought of “I’ll never get it all done” is I am a failure if I don’t get it all done.

A: Buffer to avoid feeling miserable
R: I choose not to get anything done.
As I am trying to do the intentional model, I came up with “I want to love myself no matter what,” but am struggling with if that goes in the action or the result line.
