Loving myself at every step of the way to weight loss

I have read the following coaching comment and intellectually understand it as well – but my brain is offering: “no that’s not right, I WILL feel amazing, confident in clothes, and experience freedom/choice when I lose the weight.” My brain freezes when I ask this question to myself – “how will I grow and love myself all the way through in weight loss journey?” Any guidance for getting started please?
