[Lucy] How to change from "not great" to "truly good"?


Hi Brooke,
I have some trouble with changing those thoughts and the model.
The thing that wasn’t great about yesterday is that I buffered with social media when I could have used that time to work, study, or bond with my kids. I wasted time and energy. This is my thought.
How can I change that and tell myself that is good?
