Hi Brooke,
I’ve been pondering the difference between refusing to indulge in an emotion – such as worry, I remember you simply refuse to worry and don’t – and going deep into that emotion to feel it.
When do we simply say no to a negative emotion (which you mentioned in this week’s Friday Coach Like, where when you see a photo that you don’t like, you simply ignore those thoughts)? When do we go deep into it?
Would you please share your wisdom on that?
