A person in my life has lied to me on multiple occasions.
C: Given intentionally false information/lied to.
T: This person is trying to manipulate me
F: betrayed/upset
A: cry
R: closed off to this person.

I guess I want to feel this way, even though it is not a good feeling. I don’t want to feel neutral or positive about being lied to by this person. Maybe I need to think about it more from a boundary situation? Or just deciding that I want to limit this person being in my life?
