The magic of 2 weeks


I used to wonder why you always say, “try it for two week,” when it came to food protocol for weight loss.

Today, the finish of my second week of no-snacking, I get it completely.

I lost 5 lbs in two weeks with one change in my eating habits: no snacking. I didn’t change anything else (yet), but gosh, it was not easy! All kinds of thought-work happened during the two weeks.

I became friends with hunger.

I still miss snacking, but it’s now becoming a new pattern.

I observe my mind.

I lost weight.

The magic of 2 weeks.
