Maintaining momentum ( esp in pandemic)

Hi! I am trying to work on execution of many things.. I notice I create a lot of inertia and momentum and excited in the beginning of a project/ plan/ idea/ goal and then as soon as I reach the first hurdle or something that causes a delay in completion on someone else’s end , I lose momentum. ..
I try to get it back by finding that original energy, journaling, imagining best case scenarios, finding alternate solutions, etc but it’s just not the same!
I know I can do it bc I have done it many times with exercise and maintains good health goals but this is mainly about the energy for my side hustles and other goals.
