Thank you so much for the program, I am about 4 lbs away from meeting my goal weight. I just can’t believe it. I notice my brain playing tricks: you didn’t lose that much, you are going to gain it back etc. I would love tips for managing my mind during maintenance. Also I would love some advice on how to switch from my current protocol to a maintenance protocol. My current protocol is veggies (not measured), protein 4 oz, fat 2 tbs. I eat 2x per day in 8 hour window. I chose to never joy eat during my weight loss period. Wondering if you have ever created any material for the maintenance period?
