Maintenance question


It makes sense that you will want to keep the same protocol when you are in maintenance, But is it correct to think that while we are losing weight we will need less calories than when we maintain because we are trying to be in a calorie deficient state for weight loss. When I say calories I don’t mean that I’m counting but I’m just thinking we will need to eat a little less food as we are losing then when we maintain. Is that correct?
