Maintenence and exercise


Where is it described about how and what to do when going into maintenence? And how about upping my exercise? I’ve been running once a week and doing weights or walking 1-2 times a week. I want to start doing more- is there anything in particular I should be aware of? Like more hunger? Do I eat more when working out more? And im still not sure how to change my protocol for maintenence and not losing
