Making sure I understand the Model so I can get to work on myself.

So when I am doing my daily mental download & 2 models what I am basically doing is this….

Fleshing out or exposing all my deep or otherwise unnoticeable thoughts, sticking them to the paper and shining a light on them- seeing what results they get me when I put them in the unintentional model and then CHOOSING any good thoughts that I WISH I would be having instead?

If this is right. Please tell me why this helps me as I do it everyday. I would like to solidify this in my own mind.
