Making the R line about me

Hey 🙂 I can already feel this daily work transforming how I think. Thanks so much for everyone you offer. Here is my question for today:

I once heard Brooke saying that we want to make the R line about us. Is that right? If so, can you help me with my model?

C – My mom telling me “it hasn’t been this way” or “wasn’t meant that way” when I tell her how I think and feel about the past
T – She doesn’t take me seriously
F – Powerless, frustrated
A – Not telling her anymore how I think and feel
R –

I can only come up with results on her end that prove my initial thought, e.g. she sends trivial text messages, she acts as like there was no conflict at all, … What would be an appropriate result on my end?
