Mother of two children, I work 4 to 5 days and manage the household while husband is away on business for months.
Daily my results show that I do get things done but the stress and overwhelm around all the cooking, homework, parenting, family time, school activities, money worries, household chores and shopping is too much.
My question is how do I manage my time and my mind so that I can give myself one hour every day to work on a new business idea?
I already wake up 5.30am and fall asleep at 11pm and believe my body could not take another hour away from sleep, so how do I prioritize me time with all that needs to be done daily without fail?
