I would love your perspective on managing people. If you are in a work situation where you have people under you that you manage and some influence in terms of being able to do performance reviews on people you manage (though there are some politics around that) – let’s say you want to be able to help these people improve their social and technical skills. 1 – Because it would create less work for you in review and training. 2 – because it helps them. I get that you can’t control people and what they choose to do or not. What are your thoughts on how to do models so that your result is about you here? Like how does the model work when it comes to having a result where you want to manage other people better in a work environment, and that is, to some degree, measured by other people’s behavior?
