How many pounds a week should I expect to lose?


I started Scholars on the 4th of August and it’s been 10 days – in the first few days I dropped 2 pounds but my weight has not gone down since. I started at 65.9 kgs and I went down to 64.9 within 4 days. For the last 6 days I am between 64.9 and 65.1
My protocol is
2 coffees in the morning with xylitol and cream
salad, fat and protein at lunch 2 pm
veg, fat and protein at dinner at 7 or 8 pm
Eating window 2 – 8 pm
