March Belief Help

Hello Coaches!
I’m working on my March belief “I weigh 135 lbs” which is 10 lbs away from my current weight.
I had a tutoring session earlier in the week but the discussion went towards tactics – I feel like I need the help with the belief. During my daily homework my new thought typically feels impossible with the contradicting thoughts of:
1. It’s so far off I’ll never be able to get there.
2. I’ll never be able to keep it off so why try.
3. I’ve been this weight for so long maybe this is just my body’s set point.

Can you help me get some more traction?
